Return and Refund Policy

Same-Day Delivery: We offer same-day delivery to urban areas of Napier, Havelock North, and Hastings. Orders for Napier must be placed before 11am, and for Havelock North and Hastings before 3pm, to qualify for same-day delivery.

Rural Deliveries: For rural areas, we require at least 24 hours notice to schedule a delivery. In some cases, we recommend 48 hours to ensure we can meet your expectations.

Where We Deliver: Napier, Hastings, Havelock North, Haumoana, Te Awanga, Waimarama, Rural Hastings & Napier.

Delivery Days: We deliver Monday through Saturday with the cut-off for Saturday deliveries at 12pm. We offer special delivery times for Mothers Day with same day deliveries for Napier must be placed before 11am, and for Havelock North and Hastings before 3pm, to qualify for same-day delivery.

Who Delivers Your Order: We handle most of our deliveries ourselves to maintain high standards. For areas beyond our reach, we partner with a dedicated flower courier to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Returns: If there is a problem with your delivery, or if you are not satisfied with the product received, please contact us immediately. We request that you provide a photo of the product to help us understand the issue better.

Refund Policy:

·       Eligibility for Refunds: You are eligible for a refund if the product is significantly different from its description or is damaged upon arrival.

·       Process: To initiate a refund, please contact us with your order details and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue. Our team will assess the situation and guide you through the process.

·       Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the issue has been confirmed and accepted for a refund.

·       Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, not all items are returnable. If the product is not returnable, it will be clearly stated on our website at the point of purchase.
